Checking the receiving location in Ukraine
Provide the region, locality and postcode, followed by the street and building number. If a place or street name has changed, use the recipient’s current details and explain any different version appearing in your records.
We check the specific address and available receiving method before purchase. This lets you confirm onward delivery for the selected item rather than relying only on the general destination name.
Prepare before shopping
- Check whether the German store delivers the selected item to an address in Germany. Use a BPD Direct address only once it has been officially provided.
- Keep the store carrier tracking number for each parcel. You will need to register it with BPD Direct before arrival in Germany.
- Confirm the current street and locality names and postcode in Ukraine with the recipient.
Cost, timing and receipt
Cost and timing are checked against the item, packed weight and dimensions, destination address and available delivery option. Send a product link to get conditions for your purchase. Doorstep delivery is agreed for the exact address.
