Receiving your purchase in Kazakhstan

Provide the city or locality, region and postcode. For either a house or an apartment, give the complete address rather than only the nearest major city.

If you want doorstep delivery, specify where you would like to receive the parcel: at the house, gate or building entrance. We will confirm the available option for your address; extra services such as carrying it upstairs need separate confirmation.

Prepare before shopping

Check whether the German store delivers the selected item to an address in Germany. Use a BPD Direct address only once it has been officially provided.
Keep the store carrier tracking number for each parcel. You will need to register it with BPD Direct before arrival in Germany.
Confirm the address in Kazakhstan and your preferred parcel handover point.

Cost and timing are checked against the item, packed weight and dimensions, destination address and available delivery option. Send a product link to get conditions for your purchase. Doorstep delivery is agreed for the exact address.

BPD DIRECT

Delivery of purchases from Germany to Kazakhstan

A purchase from a German online store for onward delivery to Kazakhstan is planned in two stages: receipt in Germany and BPD Express delivery to the recipient. BPD Direct is preparing to launch; the receiving address and customer account will become available afterwards. We can already check your selected item and intended delivery address.

After BPD Direct launches, you will be able to receive a German address for your own store orders. While the address and account are not yet available, discuss your purchase with our team before paying.

How delivery through BPD Direct will work

Choose your purchase
Choose an item and check whether it can be delivered. You choose the store and product.

After launch, copy the BPD Direct receiving details and your customer identifier from the account into your store order.
Payment and tracking
Pay the store directly. Add the store carrier’s tracking number to BPD Direct before the purchase arrives.
BPD Express delivery
Photos and weight will be recorded on receipt. You will receive onward-delivery payment information by email and a new BPD tracking number after payment.
