Delivery of European purchases to Donetsk

Clarifying an address in Donetsk

If the purchase is for the city of Donetsk itself, provide the city district, street, building number and postcode. If you mean another locality, write its full name rather than using “Donetsk” as a general destination label.

For an apartment building, include the building section or entrance if needed to make the address clear. We will check the selected item, receiving location and doorstep delivery option before you pay the store.

Prepare before shopping

• Check whether the German store delivers the selected item to an address in Germany. Use a BPD Direct address only once it has been officially provided.
• Keep the store carrier tracking number for each parcel. You will need to register it with BPD Direct before arrival in Germany.
• Specify whether the address is in Donetsk itself or another locality, and include the postcode.

Cost, timing and receipt

Cost and timing are checked against the item, packed weight and dimensions, destination address and available delivery option. Send a product link to get conditions for your purchase. Doorstep delivery is agreed for the exact address.
