Which tracking number should you add to BPD Direct?

After handing the purchase to its carrier, the store provides a tracking link or number. Add that carrier number to BPD Direct before the parcel arrives at the receiving address in Germany.

The order number is not sufficient: it helps the seller find your purchase but does not by itself show the parcel’s progress with the carrier.

What if one order arrives in several parcels?

Check the dispatch email and shipment list in your store account. Separate parcels can have different tracking numbers. Register each parcel with its own number, even if you paid for all the items in a single order.

One delivered parcel does not necessarily mean the whole order has arrived. Check each tracking number separately.

When will BPD tracking become available?

After receiving the parcel in Germany, we add a photo and its weight. Details for paying for onward delivery arrive by email. After payment, we arrange delivery with BPD Express and provide a new BPD tracking number.

What if tracking is missing or the status is not changing?

Check the dispatch confirmation and your store account. If there is no tracking number, ask the seller for it; do not substitute the order number.

If a number is available, check that you copied it in full and are using the named carrier’s tracking page. Keep the number and the latest displayed status when asking about delivery. These details help identify the stage you are asking about.
