Where we deliver purchases from Europe

We cover the following destinations: Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk.

Before ordering, confirm that the selected item can be delivered to your city. A destination on this list does not mean that every item can be delivered to every address. We need details about the purchase and receiving location to check.

Can I receive my purchase at my door?

Yes, where this delivery option is available at your address. Provide the country, city and postcode and tell us that you would like doorstep delivery. We will confirm the available receiving option and its terms.

If you have already selected an item, include its link. Check whether it can be transported and delivered before paying the store.

How to confirm delivery costs and timing

For a route check and calculation, prepare:

  • the recipient’s country, city and postcode;
  • the item link and quantity;
  • the weight and dimensions including packaging, if known;
  • the number of parcels, if the store has already confirmed it;
  • your request for doorstep delivery.

If the weight or dimensions are unknown, tell us and send the item link. For a larger purchase, ask the store specifically for the shipping package dimensions.

We confirm costs and timing for the particular purchase, route and receiving method. The item price or unpackaged product dimensions alone are not sufficient for a delivery check. Final terms will be confirmed when arranging delivery.

What to check before shopping at a European store

First, confirm that the selected item can be transported. This is especially relevant for large, heavy items or purchases that require particular transport conditions. Do not pay based only on the general destination list.

A store may split an order containing several items into separate parcels. Each parcel will have its own tracking number. Keep the dispatch email: an order number and a carrier tracking number are different details.

How the BPD Direct address and BPD Express delivery will work together

After BPD Direct launches, you will be able to select and pay for an item at a European store yourself, using the receiving address provided in Germany.

Add the store carrier’s tracking number to BPD Direct before the parcel arrives at the warehouse. After receiving it, we add a photo and its weight; details for paying for onward delivery arrive by email. After payment, the purchase continues with BPD Express, with a new BPD tracking number for this stage.
