After launch, you’ll be able to shop at European stores using your BPD Direct address in Germany. We’ll receive your purchases, and BPD Express will deliver them to you. Doorstep delivery will be optional, subject to availability at your address.
How we plan to work

Shop in Europe
You will receive a BPD Direct address in Germany, order to that address and pay the store directly.

Add tracking before arrival
You will add the store carrier’s tracking number before the parcel reaches our warehouse. Each parcel needs its own tracking number, not an order number.
- 03
Photo, weight and delivery cost
Once your parcel arrives, we will add a photo and its weight. We will email you the delivery payment details.
- 04
Delivery with BPD Express
After payment, we’ll arrange delivery with BPD Express and provide a new BPD tracking number. Doorstep delivery will be optional, subject to availability at your address.

Not yet. BPD Direct is still preparing for launch. Wait until the service launches and you receive your warehouse details before arranging delivery through BPD Direct.
How is BPD Direct different from BPD Shopping?
BPD Direct is a planned service offering an address in Germany and personal shopping support. BPD Shopping will be a separate platform bringing European stores and products together.
Who delivers the purchases? Is doorstep delivery available?
BPD Express handles delivery. Once BPD Direct launches, you’ll be able to receive your purchases through BPD Express’s existing delivery network, including doorstep delivery where available at your address.
Does BPD Express deliver to Russia, Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk?
Yes. These destinations are part of BPD Express’s delivery coverage. Before buying, confirm whether the item can be delivered to your exact address and which receiving options are available, including doorstep delivery.
