Delivery to the recipient address in Belarus

Provide the region, district, locality and postcode. If the recipient lives outside a major city, give their actual address straight away; the nearest city is not a substitute.

Send the item link and quantity with the address. If the exact weight is not yet known, say so. We will clarify which details are still needed for the delivery check and calculation.

Prepare before shopping

Check whether the German store delivers the selected item to an address in Germany. Use a BPD Direct address only once it has been officially provided.
Keep the store carrier tracking number for each parcel. You will need to register it with BPD Direct before arrival in Germany.
Provide the recipient’s district, locality and postcode in Belarus, not just the regional centre.

Cost, timing and receipt

Cost and timing are checked against the item, packed weight and dimensions, destination address and available delivery option. Send a product link to get conditions for your purchase. Doorstep delivery is agreed for the exact address.
