Your exact receiving address in Kyrgyzstan

Send the locality and postcode. If the address uses a microdistrict, residential area or village name, include it with the house number rather than replacing it with the nearest city.

For doorstep delivery, specify the preferred handover point: house, gate or building entrance. Confirming the address helps us check the route and receiving method before you place the store order.

Prepare before shopping

Check whether the German store delivers the selected item to an address in Germany. Use a BPD Direct address only once it has been officially provided.
Keep the store carrier tracking number for each parcel. You will need to register it with BPD Direct before arrival in Germany.
For Kyrgyzstan, retain any microdistrict, residential area or village specified by the recipient.

Cost, timing and receipt

Cost and timing are checked against the item, packed weight and dimensions, destination address and available delivery option. Send a product link to get conditions for your purchase. Doorstep delivery is agreed for the exact address.
