Provide the city or locality, postcode, street and building number. For an apartment, add the building section, entrance or other details needed to identify the receiving location clearly.

If the street name has several spellings, include the version used by the recipient. This helps confirm the address and any doorstep delivery request before you pay for the selected item.

Prepare before shopping

Check whether the German store delivers the selected item to an address in Germany. Use a BPD Direct address only once it has been officially provided.
Keep the store carrier tracking number for each parcel. You will need to register it with BPD Direct before arrival in Germany.
Check the street spelling, building number and postcode with the recipient in Armenia.

Cost, timing and receipt

Cost and timing are checked against the item, packed weight and dimensions, destination address and available delivery option. Send a product link to get conditions for your purchase. Doorstep delivery is agreed for the exact address.
